Personal Training

Our personal trainers are certified and committed to helping you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. We work with you one-on-one to address your unique needs, and design a personal routine that fits your style.

We offer a variety of personal training programs including:
  • Consultations
  • Fitness evaluations
  • Aquatic programs
  • Land & Water programs
  • Fitness Center programs
  • Nutrition Coaching (coming soon) 
Personal Training usually done in half hour segments.  6 and 12 visit packages are available. You can also select to train with a buddy or a group.
