About Us
Family Wellness, LLC is a partnership between Sanford Health and the YMCA of Cass and Clay Counties. Together, we are dedicated to connecting people in a fun environment to inspire healthy lifestyles.
Our professionals have backgrounds in healthcare, fitness, personal training and sports. We are here to help you meet your personal fitness goals, enjoy an active lifestyle and have fun as a family and community. We also work closely with Sanford Health and the YMCA to deliver wellness and medical fitness programs.
